Here’s a new twist to my job. I have to find someone who can translate materials into Spanish.
“Unless you are fluent in Spanish,” Henry joked.
“As fluent as any kid who grew up watching Sesame Street.” I’m solid on agua and hola.
This is going to be a pain in the nalgas.
My two years of 2-minutes-per-day duolingo Spanish are no help. Is there a large Spanish speaking population where you are (Nebraska right?) or is this website seen by non-local traffic?
ReplyDeleteThere are pockets of Spanish speakers across the state. We’re targeting a specific audience of which many will speak Spanish, both here and across the U.S.
